Who I am
A reviewer who works with the tools, not just their demos.
I started CriticNest because most tool reviews are rewritten spec sheets. I take a different route: read what the vendor actually commits to on its own pages, compare it with what the tool does in real work, and write a verdict that names the trade-offs as clearly as the strengths.
My background is unusual for a tech reviewer. I hold an LLB and an LLM in International Law from the University of Rajshahi, which is why CriticNest goes past feature checklists to read the privacy policies, terms of service and data claims most reviewers skip. When a security tool or VPN makes a promise, I check whether the legal fine print backs it up.
Alongside CriticNest I run an SEO and AI search consultancy, proximityranker.com, where I help doctors, lawyers and local businesses get found in Google and in the AI answers people now trust. That operator experience is the lens I bring to every review.

My point of view
A review in 2026 gets read by an assistant as often as a person. I write verdicts that both a human and an AI can trust, and quote.
People no longer scroll ten links before they buy. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overview which tool is best and act on the two or three it names. Structuring honest, evidence-backed reviews so those systems cite them is the same discipline I sell to clients, applied to my own site.
