The stated values add up: $45 plus $72 plus $29.88 is $146.88, which AppSumo rounds to $147. Against that, $34 is a real discount for twelve months. The rest of this article is about the first day of month thirteen, where the bundle stops being cheap and the ranking reviews stop reading.

The arithmetic is short. $16.99 times twelve is $203.88. $11.99 times twelve is $143.88. $2.49 times twelve is $29.88. The sum is $377.64. Against a $34 first year, the step at renewal is $343.64.
Two caveats belong next to that table. AppSumo's page does not say which billing term the renewal uses, so the table applies each published per-month renewal rate across twelve months. And Hostinger's rates are what its pages showed on 25 September 2026; they can change before your renewal date. Neither changes the conclusion. The row to compare with the bundle is Unlimited. Bought direct on 48 months it is $191.52 paid up front, which is $3.99 a month for four years before the $16.99 renewal rate applies. The bundle gives you the same plan for one year inside $34, then exposes you to $16.99 a month from month thirteen. The direct route costs more on day one, far less across four years, and comes with the refund window the bundle lacks.
The agent is the exception. Managed OpenClaw bought direct is $5.99 a month on a two-year term, $143.76 up front, with a "30-day money-back guarantee" stated on the page. The bundle gives a year of the same hosted agent, plus hosting and email, for $34. If the agent is what you want for a year, $34 against $143.76 is not close, even allowing that the direct price buys two years.
