Tier 2 is $159 once for 45 prompts on three domains, more prompts than the Semrush toolkit gives you. Against ZeroRank's own list price of $912 a year, Tier 1 is 7.6% of one year.

AahSheet is the highest-rated SEO deal here, and it cannot be refunded
Every roundup of AppSumo SEO tools says the deals are covered by a 60-day money-back window. AppSumo's product pages do carry the phrase "60-day money back promise" on most deals. But the window is set per deal, and the highest-rated SEO tool on the shelf is the exception.
AahSheet, which describes itself as a way to "Scale content with AI Google Sheets", showed 4.93 stars from 58 reviews on 25 September 2026, the highest of the four. Its page reads "Not refundable" and "Deal is ineligible for refunds/downgrades". Tier 1 is $59 (list $189) for 4 sheets, unlimited sites and seats, your own AI key, and integrations with SurferSEO and NeuronWriter. Tier 2 is $189 (list $497) for 16 sheets. The rating does not tell you the refund line, and the roundups do not either.

The refund rule is worth reading in AppSumo's words. Its help centre Refund Policy page promises a "full refund of the purchase price within the timeframe stated on the deal page (ex: 30 days, 60 days)", adds that "once the refund window has passed, you will not be able to process a return", and states that "unredeemed or unused tools cannot be refunded outside our refund window". A deal left in your library for two months is as unrefundable as one you used daily. Redeem on the day you buy, or do not buy.
Whether the marketplace itself is safe is answered in the read of AppSumo's refund and shutdown terms. What matters here is that all four deals are Select. AppSumo's We Got Your Back page says the scheme "provides a 100% credit to Plus customers and a 50% credit to non-Plus customers whenever a Select tool shuts down during the purchase's Coverage Period", and that ordinary purchases "have a Coverage Period of 12 months from the Purchase Date".
